All Basic Contracts Processes

Please be aware, If there are any additional services you require beyond the Basic, we will construct your Special Contract Requirements checklist and add it to all of your files.

  • Contracts/Addemdums/ State/Local & Brokerage Disclosures have all necessary signatures/ initials are complete with date and time stamps

  • All parties; Sellers and/or Buyers, Escrow,Title,Lender, Inspection Companies,Appraiser, Agents on the other side(Seller/Buyer) are in the weekly communication loop. (Normally on Wednesdays)

  • Appointments scheduled and confirmed with all parties

  • All inspections/repairs have been completed and the necessary parties have been notified.

  • Home Warranty has been ordered

  • Closing Gift(s) have been ordered

  • The entire file has been submitted to and approved by Compliance
